Ground Source Heat Pump (Phase II)
Phase II involves the use of a water-to-air heat exchanger in a parallel arrangement with the ground heat exchanger. A control system will define the path of the water through one of the two heat exchangers in order that the equipment works at a high efficiency while avoiding overload to the ground that would cause unfavorable changes to the ground temperature.
Residential Zoning System
Development of a self-balanced control system.  Self-balanced refers to the ability of the system to automatically modulate the amount of primary air to be supplied to each zone, while maintaining the design operation efficiency of the system and allowing each zone to reach the desired temperature at the same time.
